Sold Out

To craft this crisp and compelling Rosé, we focused on vineyards within the coolest parts of the Napa Valley, farming select blocks specifically to make this wine. To ensure refreshing acidity and vivid aromatics, we harvested this fruit earlier and aged it entirely in stainless steel. The result is a bone dry Rosé, with alluring red berry layers, as well as notes of citrus, stone fruit and minerality.

		Winemaker Notes
Taking its inspiration from the great Rosés of Provence, this enticing wine beckons with tantalizing aromas of orange and lemon zest, wild strawberry, fresh-cut apples and a sophisticated hint of wet river rocks. On the palate, it is dynamic and dry, with a beam of bright acidity adding poise and purity to the zesty citrus and mineral flavors.
		Production
The 2019 vintage began with a cold, wet winter followed by a cool spring, which resulted in a late budbreak. The cool, consistent weather provided abundant hangtime, ensuring ideal flavor development in the grapes. Yields for our red varieties were slightly above average, and temperate late-season weather allowed for a measured pace to harvest. Across the board, the 2019 wines are bright and balanced with smooth, elegant tannins and lush, vibrant flavors.
