Join winemaker Mike Waller for a four-course farm-to-table inspired dinner. A master of Pinot Noir known for his terroir-driven approach to winemaking, Mike Waller has worked alongside legendary vintner Josh Jensen for more than a decade, helping to guide winemaking at Calera. Each course has been expertly paired to highlight our esteemed Pinot Noir portfolio, including selections of our Mt. Harlan single-vineyard wines.
